In this unsold TV pilot, actors and comedians trade jokes and funny stories in a casual talk-show format. Five segments with three guests each are presented; Moe Howard guests with Jack Durant and one [as yet] unidentified celebrity.


Frequently identified as a 1960 production, that is incorrect, and it is the summer of 1962. During Moe's scene, he mentions that the Stooges will next appear at the Canadian National Exposition... the Stooges headlined that twice, in July 1962 and 1963, as well as the Calgary Stampede in August 1963. Pinpointing the year is an appearance by Mel Blanc, who is greeted by host Dave Barry with a "it's wonderful to see you up and working again"... a reference to Blanc's near-fatal January 1961 car accident, which left him bedridden for a full year, and just getting back to work in 1962.
