Smurfs are a community of tiny blue-skinned creatures who live in the forest mushroom homes of Smurf Village, constantly avoiding capture by the wicked wizard Gargamel.

It's Valentine's Day, and one of Cupid’s errant arrows strikes the witch Hogatha, causing her to fall madly in love with Gargamel.
