The Three Stooges' October 27, 1947 appearance at the Palace Theater in Asheville NC is covered in this 3-&-2/3-minute edition of "Carolina Moment." Asheville resident Don Penley recalls meeting them at age 8, along with his late brother Stanley, after their stage performance and displays his candid photo with Moe, Larry & Shemp. Clips are from BRIDELESS GROOM (1947), DISORDER IN THE COURT (1936), SING A SONG OF SIX PANTS (1947) and MALICE IN THE PALACE (1949).
