Station/Studio | CBS / Revue Studios |
Featuring | Joe DeRita (Solo) |
Bentley Gregg (John Forsythe) is a successful Beverly Hills attorney, who becomes the guardian of niece Kelly after her parents are killed in a car accident. Plots often revolved around Gregg raising the exuberant teenager, who took an active interest in trying to find her uncle a wife. Stories also featured Bentley's clients, and his Chinese houseboy Peter.
Peter is involved in a minor traffic accident with Florence Fletcher, who happens to be one of Bentley's wealthy clients. Peter's personal honor and devout belief in the principles of justice turns a minor incident into an all-out trial with Bentley on the opposite side of the courtroom aisle. Joe DeRita plays Mr. Fletcher, Florence's browbeaten but loving husband.
