Daily (Monday - Friday, plus a one-hour weekend edition) entertainment newsmagazine, which premiered on September 14, 1981 and successfully continues through today. Beginning 1982, Leonard Maltin became ET's resident film critic and historian, contributing several segments per week.

Maltin hosts a 3-1/2 minute tribute to Shemp Howard, discussing both his Stooges and solo film careers. Director Ed Bernds is featured in new interview footage. The piece promotes the five GoodTimes VHS volumes of Three Stooges comedies starring Shemp as the third Stooge. Film clips are from PRIVATE BUCKAROO (1942), 3 OF A KIND (1944), LOVE AT FIRST BITE (1949), THREE HAMS ON RYE (1950), BABY SITTERS' JITTERS (1951) and SPOOKS! (1953).
