A scientist fails to bring his robot invention to life, so lab assistant Scrappy crawls inside to animate it. Thinking it's a success, the scientist decides to make his creation a professional wrestler, but it (aka Scrappy) may have met its match against a Russian strongman.

The robot teases the Russian, who begins to throw a fit... with the manic "woob, woob, woob!" of Curly Howard, dubbed from the Stooges' wrestling comedy GRIPS, GRUNTS AND GROANS (1937).
