Animated sitcom featuring the misadventures of the Griffin family: obese simpleton patriarch Peter Griffin and his wife Lois, two teenagers, a sociopath-leaning infant, and a genius-level talking dog.

Lois tries her hand as a standup comedian, using her husband’s shenanigans for material. Peter objects to her depiction, and decides to change his life for the more serious.

Lois is initially confused by Peter’s altered behavior, declaring, “Whatever this is, it won’t last. Buffoonery is in your blood.” Cut and zoom to three of Peter’s red blood cells... The Three Stooges!
