Adaptation of the Harvey comic book character. Richie Rich, the richest kid in the world, finds that his parents are the target of Rich Industries executive Laurence Van Dough, and they've disappeared. Richie and a group of average boys that he's befriended set out to rescue the Riches, and bring the crooked executive down.
Richie's friends sabotage Dough's security system to rescue the Rich family. The security man watching the observation monitors finds himself watching The Three Stooges comedy YES, WE HAVE NO BONANZA (1939).
