Chicago psychologist Bob Hartley, and his wife Emily, deal with day to day life and the eccentrics that pass through their personal and professional lives.

Filling in for a colleague, Bob is surprised to find that one of his new patients is Jerry. He's further surprised at Jerry's problem... he's in love with Emily. Howard stops by to borrow Bob’s golf bag and clubs, in place of his cheap set of ancient clubs. Leaving the apartment as Jerry enters...
Jerry: Where're you going, night school for caddies?
Howard: No, but I used to caddy. I was very good at it.
Stumbling and bumbling, Howard attempts to go out the door with both bags...
Jerry: I wonder who he caddied for, The Three Stooges?
