Six 20/30-somethings living in Manhattan rely on the friendship and support of one another as they deal with their personal and professional lives.
The Three Stooges were introduced to the set of FRIENDS about 1/3 into the 3rd season. The character of Joey builds an over-sized entertainment unit, and a few episodes later, the Esco plaster statues of Moe, Larry and Curly turn up decorating the unit. The crew apparently had an affinity for the Stooges, as the statues began making other appearances, i.e., on the coffee table, and as props within scenes. They stayed around until early in the 4th season, lost when the apartment was robbed.
