Satirical, animated sitcom adventures of the dysfunctional, working class Simpsons family. The strange town of Springfield is their home, populated by a mixture of neurotics and socially stunted weirdos.
Air traffic is rerouted over the Simpson house, away from the Mayor’s mansion so he can entertain his girlfriends in quiet. Krusty the Clown is elected to Congress to pass an air traffic law, and loses faith in our system of government when he’s not taken seriously. The opening scene features Homer watching the now-geriatric Three Stooges in BRITTLE BONEHEADS, directed by Jules White III. An eyepoke by Moe totally incapacitates Curly...
Larry: Take it easy Moe, he don’t have health insurance.
Moe: Take that, you... you...
Larry: Chowderhead?
Moe: Thanks, for nothin’! (slaps Larry)
Larry: Ha, ha! That was my paralyzed side.
Moe: Oh, stroke victim, aaayy! (slaps Larry’s other cheek)
Larry: Oh, I don’t wanna do this no more.
An additional joke is made, apparently at the expense of Joe DeRita, when Moe tries to rouse the unconscious Curly...
Moe: Get up Curly IV... Curly IV?
