Satirical, animated sitcom adventures of the dysfunctional, working class Simpsons family. The strange town of Springfield is their home, populated by a mixture of neurotics and socially stunted weirdos.
Attacked by crows, Homer receives a prescription for medicinal marijuana to ease his eye pain. Before long he’s a pothead, with the added benefit of Mr. Burns promoting him to Executive Vice-President because Homer laughs at all his jokes. Otto Mann joins Homer in the Simpson attic for a late-night session of pot and watching The Three Stooges on TV.
Homer: Look at Shemp. He is so high!
Otto: Hey, Shemp is hemp... spelled backwards!
Homer: And Otto is Otto, backwards!
Otto: Now I’m scared.
There’s an additional bit of Stooges jokery when Marge overhears the Stooges on TV, and the voice of Moe sounds like JFK: You muttonhead, this is why we can never hold down a job.
