The King of Happytot Land commands his subjects, the Happy Tot elves, to break into song and dance. The characters perform in a swing jitterbug number, followed by a lullaby.
The King's jesters are based on The Three Stooges. Although not explicitly drawn as the Stooges, their behavior includes stooge-style slaps, clunks and eyepokes.
