The iconic edition of THE TONIGHT SHOW, with host Johnny Carson 1962 - 1992. Carson made the late-night talk show a viewing habit for America.
Actor/comedian Albert Brooks brings a basket of food goods, his aids in celebrity impersonations. Sucking a fresh lemon brings Clark Gable to life, swallowing a steaming hot piece of baked potato results in Burt Lancaster... and a sniff of fresh pepper, combined with another piece of hot potato, turns Brooks into a hyper-active Curly Howard. The Curly impersonation leaves Johnny, and the audience, in hysterics.
Crew: Fred DeCordova (Executive Producer, Producer), Peter Lasally (Producer), Bobby Quinn (Director)
