Featuring Joe Besser (Solo)
16 min. (Short Subject)
Joe is a bumbling Private in the army of the "Republic of Jugonutzland," the bane of his Sergeant's (Murray Alper) existence. Trying to impress Lt. Morey (Angela Stevens), an officer in the Intelligence division, Joe volunteers for a mission behind enemy lines with the Sarge. The two are soon under sniper fire in a bombed out village, and Joe's ineptitude results in his capture. Also a prisoner is Lt. Morey, who had gone undercover in the enemy's camp. Can she use her wiles (and a bathing suit) to save herself and Joe from a firing squad?
