65 min. (Feature Film)
Charlie Chan meets an old friend, Inspector Hugh Drake of Scotland Yard, while they are both on a flight to New York for a police convention. Drake is on the trail of Paul Narvo, suspected mastermind behind the sabotage of Allied planes. Narvo's ex-wife is in New York, and hopefully she can lead authorities to her husband. When Drake is killed, Charlie interrupts his vacation to help with the investigation.
Shemp has a small part as a con man posing as a Hindu fakir during a police lineup.
