Ruth Moody was voted "most beautiful chorus girl," in 1935. The judges were Busby Berkley, Max Factor and Dick Powell; the runner-up winners were Ethelreda Leopold (WEE WEE MONSIEUR, IN THE SWEET PIE AND PIE) and Lois Lindsey (MOVIE MANIACS). Warner Bros. produced a newsreel featurette of this contest, and it can be found as a bonus feature on the DVD for GOLD DIGGERS OF 1935 (1935).
