This was the 2nd Chicago run of SPAIN, running from Sept. 2 - 29; the earlier Chicago run of Nov. '27 - Mar. '28 is when Ted Healy and company met and took on Larry Fine as a stooge on Mar. 24, 1928. Co-starring Ted Healy, his stooges listed throughout the program are Shemp Howard, Larry Fine, Sam "Moody" Braun, and Bobby Pinkus.
