Janitors, the Stooges are cleaning a doctor's office when a wounded crook and his two henchmen enter. They try to tell him they aren't doctors, but the crooks demand treatment. The wounded man accidentally falls out of the window during the "operation" and the Stooges escape. But they're now on the run from the crook's accomplices and the cops who've mistaken them for the fugitives.
