Andy's obnoxious brother-in-law Happy (Shemp Howard) comes for a visit and quickly ruins Andy's big real estate deal. Taking to his sickbed, Andy overhears his wife and Happy planning to put Andy's dog down, and assumes they mean to kill him for the insurance money.
