Released December 31, 1958
Featuring Moe Howard (Solo)
Columbia
82 min. (Feature Film)

Moe's credit as Associate Producer is documented in his autobiography's filmography, and subsequent books on the Stooges, although his name does not appear in the film's credits.

Collegian bandleader Tom Harper meets and falls in love with Gay Sheridan, angering her longtime suitor, wealthy Carter Breed III (Tom Laughlin). Carter is determined to break up the romance, and promises to use his family's contacts to book top musical acts for the school's senior prom. A year-old recording by Tom's band unexpectedly hits the Billboard charts, and when Breed's promises fall flat, Harper steps in.

Costar Tom Laughlin made his greatest fame in the early 1970s, starring in the Billy Jack film series.

James Komack plays Tom's best friend 'Dog,' and is best-known as a television producer and director (THE COURTSHIP OF EDDIE'S FATHER, WELCOME BACK KOTTER).
