Footnotes:
The Stooges share space in their own title, as Western adds "Professor Putter" and "Barney Barnacle" back-up features. The "Barnacles" are 1-page text stories; at one time, postal regulations were such that text stories were included in order for publishers to qualify subscription mailings as 3rd Class material. The text features will continue through issues dated 1963.

Carl Fallberg's writing credit is for the "Professor Putter" story.

The Mexican edition of this comic utilized the interior contents of issue # 6, but the cover is taken from the preceding Dell issue, Four Color Comics # 1187
