Gag Man, The (Clyde Bruckman and the Birth of Film Comedy)
Los Angeles, CA
(Margaret Lynch)
She performed live-action sequences for the character of 'Tinkerbell' in Disney's PETER PAN (1953); the artists used her footage as a guide for animating scenes.
Ms. Kerry costarred in the Eddie Cantor & Joan Davis RKO feature film IF YOU KNEW SUSIE (1948), and for several seasons as the daughter on the '50s sitcom THE CHARLEY RUGGLES SHOW. Her TV work also includes two fan-favorite season 1 episodes of THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW... "Christmas Story" and "Andy Forecloses."
Her first husband was Dick Brown, co-producer of THE NEW 3 STOOGES (1965), on which Margaret worked in both the live-action and animated segments. Brown's company Cambria also produced the cult classic TV toon series CLUTCH CARGO (1959) and SPACE ANGEL (1962)... Margaret did voiceovers for those, as well as providing "the lips" in Cambria's [in]famous SyncroVox process.
